Far-right pundit: “Dems do poorly in mid-terms because most Dems are too lazy to vote.” 

Well, that wasn’t very nice, and we don’t think it’s true.

But recent polls do show that Republicans are more likely than Democrats to vote on November 8. And we can’t have that. So here are three things to do:

1. Don’t leave anything to chance: run through our Prepare to Vote Checklist. Research shows that making a plan to vote increases the likelihood that you actually will vote.
2. Refresh your memory about the ins-and-outs of mail-in voting and more at our Voting FAQ 
3. Know who you’re voting for.
